I’m a Portuguese girl who decided to move to Spain at just 23 to immerse myself in a new culture.
After five years in Barcelona, I embarked on a new adventure and moved to England, where I worked as a scrub nurse for nearly five years.
I returned to Barcelona in 2018 and started working in the medical department of an international life and health insurance company.
I’ve always dreamed of a job that would allow me to organize my schedule according to my needs and travel to Portugal to see my family without requiring special permission.
That’s when the idea came to me: helping healthcare professionals improve their online presence and stay consistent on social media, gaining more recognition and income while also enhancing their quality of life.
I love creating valuable, engaging, and purposeful content while helping my colleagues gain visibility online and fill their schedules.

I love traveling and learning languages, which is why I’ve lived in a couple of countries. Today, I’m fluent in Spanish and English — and, if I haven’t forgotten it yet, my native language, Portuguese! 😉

I’m passionate about healthy living, animals, and nature. I enjoy a simple life: reading a good book, taking walks in the forest, exercising, cooking, and dancing.
